Terms of Service

Effective: August 4, 2026.

1. Beta service

Pulse Stack is an early-stage work-session analytics service. Features, availability, and data models may change while compatibility and privacy commitments are preserved.

2. Your account

You are responsible for account credentials and API keys, for activity uploaded through those keys, and for revoking keys that may be exposed. Do not use another person's API key.

3. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, interfere with other accounts, probe systems without authorization, upload unlawful data, or use Pulse Stack to monitor another person without their knowledge and legal authority.

4. Your data

You retain rights to your activity metadata. You grant Pulse Stack the limited permission required to receive, process, store, and display it for the service. The tracker is not intended to transmit source-code contents or conversations.

5. Public reports

You control whether a report link is public and are responsible for reviewing included project, task, and file names before sharing it. Report links can be revoked.

6. Pricing

Creating an account does not start billing. A paid subscription begins only through an explicit Stripe Checkout confirmation. The seven-day trial and recurring price are shown before confirmation. Accounts manually approved by an administrator do not require a subscription while that approval remains active.

7. Availability and warranty

The beta is provided as available, without guarantees of uninterrupted service or fitness for a particular purpose. Keep independent records when time data is business-critical.

8. Changes

Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date. Continued use after notice means acceptance of the revised terms.
